①スポーツ休暇/Sports Leave
自身のスポーツへの参加はもちろん、家族や知人の参加同行や地域や団体のイベント支援においても利用できる休暇制度

A part of annual leave to participate in a sports activity, to accompany your family or friends on their participation in a sports activity, or to support a sports event held by your community or any organization.


②サマータイム/Summer Time
退社時間の前倒しによる、ワークライフバランスに資する余暇時間の創出を目指す制度
※育児介護理由による勤務者は対象外

A work arrangement aimed at making leisure time that contributes a work-life balance by setting the end time of workday earlier.
*Any employee who is caring for his/her child or other family member is exempted from this arrangement.


③フレックスタイム/Flextime
1ヶ月の総労働時間を定め、その範囲内で各日の始業および終業の時刻を選択して働くことにより、自律的・計画的に働くことを可能とする制度

A work arrangement allows employees to choose the start and end times of their every workday to work autonomously and systematically in the range of the monthly total working hours determined by the company.


④在宅勤務/Working from home
育児や介護、身体の障害や傷病、海外対応等、在宅での勤務を可能とする制度

A work arrangement allows employees to work from their home in case of child or family care, physical disability or injury, or dealing with overseas clients, suppliers, or companies.


⑤プレミアムフライデー/Premium Friday
退社時間の前倒しによる、ワークライフバランスに資する余暇時間の創出を目指す制度

Premium Friday is a work arrangement aimed at making leisure time that contributes to a work-life balance by setting the end time of the workday earlier.
