アシックスグループでは、グローバルで一丸となってDE&Iを推進する為に、グローバルDE&Iステアリングコミッティを中心として経営陣の強いコミットメントの上、グローバル目標と各地域課題にアプローチする体制を整備し、グループ全体でDE&Iに取り組んでいます。

ASICS Group has established a system to approach global targets and regional issues based on the strong commitment of management, centered on the Global DE&I Steering Committee, in order to promote DE&I as a global group

① Global DE&I Steering Committee
　 Global DE&I Promotion Team

Roles｜役割
・グループ全体のDE&I戦略策定、方針やプロセス、コミュニケーションにおける意思決定
/Group-wide DE&I strategy development and decision-making in policies, processes and communications

② Global DE&I Working group

Roles｜役割
・グローバルDE&Iステアリングコミッティのサポートとなる地域横断のグループとして、グローバル戦略に基づいた実施計画の立案
/Develop an implementation plan based on the global strategy as a cross-regional group supporting the Global DE&I Steering Committee

③ Region Representatives
　 DE&I Council
　 Employee Resource Group

Roles｜役割
・地域毎アクションプランの作成と実施
/ Develop and implement action plans for each region
・従業員の状況、ニーズ、優先事項の把握
/Understand employee situation, needs, and priorities
