ASICS Health Management Creed

To ensure a state of “Well-being” (state of good physical, mental, and social health) for all employees and their families through activities that promote health.

Goals of ASICS Well-being

What ASICS Well-being aims for is the realization of 'Sound Mind, Sound Body' by employees. With the policy of 'improving and maintaining health literacy for every employee,' we are engaged in five health promotion activities.

  4. Workplace environment where diverse personnel can enjoy success

  5. Support improvement of lifestyle habits

Promotion System

ASICS' health promotion activities are carried out based on annual policies and plans, centered around the Well-being Promotion Department. The progress and content of these activities are overseen by the COO.

At ASICS, based on the strategic map policy, we set goals and verify the progress of activities with 4 health-related ultimate goal indicators and 5 indicators related to changes in awareness and behavior of employees are used to set goals and verify the progress of activities.

*3 A state where an individual is not on leave but is unable to perform at full capacity due to health-related issues.
*4 Calculate the average percentage rating of your work performance over the past four weeks, using 100% as the baseline for your ability to perform at your best when free from illness or injury.
*5 1) Information gathering ability, 2) Information selection ability, 3) Information communication ability, 4) Information judgment ability, and 5) Self-decision making ability are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 (1: strongly disagree ⇔ 5: strongly agree), and a score of 4 or 5 is considered to be high literacy. Starting in fiscal year 2024, calculations will exclude non-respondents from the population base.
