Since our founding, our aim has been to help all people achieve a “Sound Mind, Sound Body”.
In order to accomplish this, we need a team of diverse minds who look at the world from every angle.
More than ever, we need to support their unique needs and provide access to resources and opportunities where they can succeed and help broaden and deepen our positive impact in society.
That is why we are committed to inclusion across race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion,disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity, to build a diverse team who can drive our innovations and truly improve people’s lives.

- Global: Create 2026 gender targets for all regions, aim to exceed 40% female managers.

DE&I Structure

ASICS Group has established a system to approach global targets and regional issues based on the strong commitment of management, centered on the Global DE&I Steering Committee, in order to promote DE&I as a global group
Parasports Activities

At ASICS, we have set a goal in our VISION 2030 "creating a world in which we can all live healthfully both mentally and physically, maintaining involvement with exercise and sports over our entire lifetime." Aiming for a world where everyone, regardless of disabilities, can participate in sports equally, our group is united in various activities, including sponsoring para-sports organizations and para-sports events, and supporting para-athletes through contracts.
Work Style and Support Structure

In order to promote diversity equity & inclusion(DE&I), ASICS is developing the environment and the system supporting our diverse talent to work successfully.
ASICS aims to create an attractive working environment where each of diverse talents can perform to the best of his/her potential to create innovation by working autonomously depending on the business needs or diverse backgrounds and by keeping a well work-life balance to achieve work results systematically and efficiently.
