[July 18, 2025 – KOBE, JAPAN] ASICS today released its "Integrated Report 2024" (English edition), aimed at shareholders, investors, and all stakeholders.
Since fiscal year 2020, ASICS has been publishing integrated reports to provide a comprehensive disclosure of both financial and non-financial information, helping stakeholders understand the company’s efforts to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term. This marks the fifth edition of the report.
The theme for this year’s report is “ASICS Keeps on Running.” It clearly presents important information related to the company’s growth strategies, sustainability initiatives, and efforts to strengthen corporate governance, all contributing to the creation of sustainable society and corporate value.
Key contents of the Integrated Report 2024 include:
・Introduction to initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate value, such as the process of establishing
a general incorporated foundation and capital policies designed to pursue global-standard corporate governance

・Roundtable discussions featuring outside directors and institutional investors
・A sustainability dialogue between Brand Ambassador Mei Ichinose and President & COO Mitsuyuki Tominaga
