Advantage: ASICS. Tennis Star Belinda Bencic joins the ASICS team

Bencic joins an elite Tennis roster to bolster the ASICS athlete line-up ahead of the clay season.

[April 27, 2023 – KOBE, JAPAN] – ASICS is proud to announce the signing of Olympic Gold Medalist and current WTA number 11 ranked tennis star Belinda Bencic to the ASICS team. With two titles already in 2023 season, at Adelaide International 2 and Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open, the addition of Bencic will bolster the global ASICS athlete roster ahead of the clay season in Europe.

Swiss-born Bencic has already earned eight singles titles throughout her career. A standout in her career so far has been winning a Gold Medal in the women’s singles and a Silver Medal in the women’s doubles at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Bencic will join the list of ASICS tennis ambassadors, which includes Matteo Berrettini, Novak Djokovic, Claire Liu, Alex de Minaur, Alycia Parks, Jasmine Paoloni.
