
[JULY 14, 2025 – KOBE, JAPAN] ASICS Corporation has been recognized for its efforts to address climate change through its supply chain and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and as a result, named an A List company in the Supplier Engagement Assessment conducted by CDP※1, an international NPO, and selected as a Supplier Engagement Leader.
This time, approximately 22,700 companies were surveyed, and ASICS was ranked among the top 6%. ASICS believes it was recognized for placing sustainability, including climate change measures, at the core of its management, integrating climate-related risks and opportunities into business strategy, and striving to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in its supply chain.
ASICS was also recognized as a “Climate Change A List” company, the highest rating in the climate change category, in a survey conducted by CDP in 2024. *2

CDP is an international non-profit organization managed by a British charitable organization, operating a global information disclosure system to help investors, companies, states, regions, and cities to manage their environmental impacts. It conducts a survey with the support of institutional investors globally, making it one of the most trusted evaluation institutions among investors. The number of companies disclosing data through CDP reached about 24,800 in 2024, and more than 2,100 Japanese companies, including more than 70% of Prime Market listed companies (as of April 1, 2024), disclosed information through CDP.
