Notice of Change of Representative Director

ASICS Corporation (President and COO, Representative Director: Yasuhito Hirota, Head Office located in Kobe) hereby announces the change of Representative Director, pursuant to a resolution in the Board of Directors Meeting held on February 18, 2022.

This change will be officially decided in the 68th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting, to be held on March 25, 2022.
