Can I take photographs in the museum?
No photographs can be taken in the galleries.
At the entrance hall, taking pictures is allowed.

Is there any space available to eat items in the museum?
Please refrain from eating and drinking in the museum.

Is there an accessible restroom?
An accessible restroom for small children or visitors using wheelchairs is located on the first floor.

Can I use a baby carriage or a wheelchair?
You can use baby carriages or wheelchairs on the museum grounds.
There are an elevator and an accessible restroom on the first floor. Please ask a museum staff for your use.

Does the Museum have wheelchairs？
One wheelchair is available free of charge, please ask the museum staff if you wish to borrow it.

Can I enter the museum with an assistant dog?
We welcome assistant dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) in the museum.

Is there a place to leave luggage? 　
Coin operated lockers (refundable 100 yen deposit) are available on the Museum Entrance.

Is there any written expression in foreign languages?
Some exhibitions are in English.
The audio guidance are available in three different languages (Japanese, English and Chinese). You can access our Audio Guidance with your smartphone through the free Wi-Fi of ASICS SPORTS MUSEUM.
