CHARACTERISTICS
Reduces stress on the foot caused by overpronation (when the heel rolls inward at the end of a step), and supports the foot for a more comfortable running experience.
STRUCTURE
A section of the inside of the midsole has been constructed with a firm sponge. This controls inward rolling of the heel that occurs when the foot touches down at the end of the step. *The illustrations are images.

BACKGROUND
Pronation is the inward rolling of the heel as the foot touches down caused by pressure on the arch of the foot. It is a completely natural movement. However, when this inward rolling is too severe (overpronation), it can cause running-related injury. Overpronation is something that affects many runners, so we developed a product to counter its effects.
