In 2016, the “ASICS Academy” was launched, with the ultimate goal to develop employees able to lead the business globally.

ASICS Academy is comprised of different levels each designed to give the selected employees relevant management knowledge and skills such as strategic thinking. In addition, employees have been able to realize their career goals through the career discussions by applying the knowledge and skills they have acquired to their work.
