ASICS Foundation is a general incorporated foundation established to carry on the founding philosophy of the ASICS Corporation: “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body.” We support activities that promote physical and mental well-being through exercise and sports, especially for young people, individuals with disabilities, women, facing economic or social hardships.

Currently, we are focusing our grant programs in countries and regions where ASICS operates or has production bases, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Cambodia, and Japan.

Through our grant initiatives, we support activities such as:

  • Implementing sports programs
  • Hosting sports competitions and events
  • Developing sports coaches
  • Developing sports content
  • Providing sporting equipment

Our Purpose

The ASICS Foundation aims to realize a world in which people all over the world can stay mentally and physically healthy. To achieve this, we strive to improve accessibility to exercise and sports and to foster a rich and inclusive culture of physical activity.

Message from the Chairperson

We at the ASICS Foundation are committed to improving accessibility to exercise and sports for people around the world and to creating a rich culture of exercise and sports. Our goal is to create a society in which more people can exercise and play sports to stay healthy physically and mentally.
Exercise and sports have the power to enhance both mind and body, generating hope and courage. We will spare no effort to make the most of this power, to spread the value of sports, and to pass on the culture to the next generation.
In particular, helping people with economic and social difficulties to overcome their challenges and have hope through sports is an important part of our mission. Our goal is to create an environment in which all people have access to exercise and sports, and to realize a society in which everyone can enjoy the benefits of these activities.
We are committed to working with local communities to provide opportunities for more people to experience the power of sport. We sincerely appreciate your support and cooperation.
